PAN SOBAO!
Pan Sobao is TRADITIONAL Puerto Rican bread that is somewhat sweet and savory. We serve our delicious sandwiches on our custom, fresh baked PAN SOBAO!
Our story began in 2015 when we opened our doors as LA's ONLY Puerto Rican food truck! We have proudly served authentic Puerto Rican sandwiches and street food. We are excited to now have the opportunity to serve in southwest Florida - Tampa Bay! We are mostly known for our PAN SOBAO BREAD! It is an authentic bread that is scratch made and delicious.

We also serve a delicious MOFONGO that is amazing! We mash it and serve it in a delicious pork broth and a MOUNTAIN of roast pork on top!
